Excellent anti-corrosion performance,with different coating thicknesses available based on various salt spray test duration requirements.
Possesses allthe advantages of spring steel wire and piano wire:high strength, high fatigue resistance,good uniformity, with strength variation within the same coil≤100 MPa, and uniform coil diameter and height.
Zinc-Aluminum alloy can withstand salt spray tests for over 1000 hours. With the samecoating thickness, its salt spray test duration is 4 to 8 times longer than that of pure zinc coated steel wire.
